Shipping policy

Orders are shipped twice weekly via USPS Priority Mail. 

Anything broken during shipping will be replaced, within reason and excepting one-of-a-kind items which will be substituted or refunded. If your item was damaged during shipping, please email us a photo of your damaged item and a photo of the packaging, along with your name and your order number to: returns@sacredwell.com.
