Shipping + Returns
Orders are shipped every week day via USPS Priority Mail. When checking out, please select the smaller shipping option for orders of smaller or fewer items, and the larger shipping option for orders containing large or multiple crystals, strangely-shaped items, or more than 6 products.
Anything broken during shipping will be replaced, within reason and excepting one-of-a-kind items which will be substituted or refunded. If your item was damaged during shipping, please email us a photo of your damaged item and a photo of the packaging, along with your name and your order number to: email@example.com.
