We are a small business just starting out in our new e-commerce venture, and we appreciate your patience and consideration as we work out the kinks. We know you are eager to receive the products you order. Most orders will ship within three (3) business days. Our standard shipping carriers are the US Postal Service and UPS, and the estimated shipping costs will appear in your shopping cart. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
If there’s any issue (e.g., out of stock items, etc.) that might hold things up, we’ll email you and ask your preference on how we should proceed (e.g., ship partial order? hold until complete order can be filled?).
For all international (outside the U.S.) orders, please contact us directly at email@example.com. Please note that all international orders will require our special personalized attention. We will do our best to ship your order in the most timely and affordable manner.
All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by The Sacred Well. If you’d like to return or exchange something, please promptly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know all the details about what item you’d like to return/exchange and why, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Items in new (i.e., unused and unopened) condition may be exchanged or returned for online store credit within thirty (30) days of receipt. Online store credit is not interchangeable with credit from our Oakland brick-and-mortar store, and these cannot be combined. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any oils and elixirs, custom dressed candles, or gift certificates.
If we make a mistake in filling your order, please let us know right away. We’re happy to exchange the item for you.
We package your order as safely and soundly as possible, but if it doesn’t arrive that way, don’t worry: Please report any damages to UPS (or other carrier) immediately. Then, email us at email@example.com within ten (10) days, and we’ll happily send you a replacement for your broken items.
