Sharon Knight & Winter in concert!

  • The Sacred Well

Sharon Knight says, "Our favorite store in our hometown, The Sacred Well, is opening a second store in another favorite town: Portland, OR! We are delighted to enliven and consecrate the new space with music! Won't you join us in giving The Sacred Well a very warm welcome and help them kick off this new phase in their evolution?  Together we will raise the rafters with tales of enchantment and magic!"

Tickets are $15-25 sliding scale in advance, and will be $20 at the door. Buying advanced tickets saves you money and lets us know how many chairs to bring. Also there is a great deal of "Show and CD' available for $25. Advance purchases only.

Festival Favorites Sharon Knight and Winter are internationally touring musicians in the mythic-Celtic vein. Their penchant for combining fierce and gutsy bravado with ethereal beauty, a hearty dose of fantastical lyrics, and an obvious love of storytelling has inspired their own style, “Neofolk Romantique”. This often sound less Celtic and more “Folktales that ran away with the Faeries at the turn of the century and took cover in an old trunk bound for the circus, which was then commandeered by pirates.” This suits them fine.
